How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Express 2-day shipping is also available at checkout.

Is the Zenvora Steam Cleaner safe for kids and pets?
Yes! That's one of the biggest reasons people love it. Since it uses only water — no chemicals, no detergents — it's completely safe to use around children and pets. Once the surface cools, it's safe to touch.
What surfaces can I use it on?
Kitchen counters, bathroom tile & grout, ovens, stovetops, car interiors, windows, mirrors, upholstery, hardwood floors, mattresses, pet beds, baby gear, and more. Avoid using directly on delicate fabrics or unfinished wood without the appropriate attachment.
Do I need to use any cleaning solutions with it?
No! Just fill the tank with plain tap water. The steam does all the work. No detergents or additives needed (and we recommend not using them, as they can damage the unit).
